Manhunter is drawn into another dimension, where he is transformed into a strange winged creature, but this is not the menace from the Idol-Head that he was expecting.; Journalist Johnny Britt figures out that an alien creature which seems to attack people with weird rays is actually helping them, and he saves the creature from being killed by the military.; Manhunter returns to his own dimension in time to confront the newest Idol-Head menace -- a giant fire monster, which he manages to overcome by taking it to that other dimension.
